1 Introduction & Eligibility

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between the Vitvisa platform and its users. Vitvisa is a licensed online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and select regions.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Each user may only register one account on Vitvisa. Any attempt to create multiple accounts under the same person, device, or IP address will result in all accounts being closed and funds may be forfeited.

• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

Withdrawals may be put on hold if verification has not been completed. Vitvisa carries out the verification process quickly and securely.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Vitvisa supports multiple payment methods, including mobile banking, bank transfer, and electronic wallets. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits follow the guidelines displayed on the platform.

Deposit Policy:

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and any such transaction will be cancelled immediately.

General Bonus Terms:

5 Gameplay & Fair Play Policy

All games on Vitvisa are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. No outcome is predetermined, and the platform does not give any player an unfair advantage or disadvantage.

To ensure fair play, Vitvisa monitors the following:

• Every bet and game record is securely stored.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to access another user's account

Vitvisa reserves the right to take immediate action upon detecting suspicious activity. In such cases, all funds in the account may be frozen.

8 Responsible Gaming
